Leadership Driving Regional Transformation
The Central Texas Growth Foundation (CTXGF) is a nonprofit, non-political 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving economic conditions and quality of life across Central Texas through structured, collaborative, and community-focused initiatives.
CTXGF operates as a regional coordination and execution platform, bringing together community stakeholders, academic institutions, and civic leadership to transform research, dialogue, and strategic alignment into measurable community outcomes.
Rather than duplicating the work of existing organizations, CTXGF connects, aligns, and accelerates efforts across sectors, ensuring that initiatives are informed, coordinated, and designed to deliver broad public benefit.
The organization’s activities are dedicated exclusively to serving the community as a whole and advancing long-term regional well-being.
“Where leadership, collaboration, and execution come together to strengthen the future of Central Texas.”
CTXGF operates through a structured model designed to translate ideas into measurable community outcomes:
We identify regional challenges and opportunities through economic and community research, data analysis, stakeholder input, and collaboration with academic institutions.
We convene community organizations, academic institutions, and civic and regional stakeholders to align priorities and define areas of action.
CTXGF develops initiatives through its Economic Acceleration Lab, where ideas are structured into actionable programs, pilot initiatives, and collaborative efforts.
Specialized groups are formed to focus on priority areas such as Workforce & Education, Infrastructure & Community Development, and Innovation & Technology.
Selected initiatives are launched at a pilot level to test impact, feasibility, and community benefit.
All initiatives are evaluated using defined performance indicators, community impact metrics, and ongoing review processes.
Successful initiatives may be expanded, supported through partnerships, and integrated into broader regional efforts.
CTXGF maintains transparency by sharing research findings, program outcomes, and community impact results.
